COVID-19: 62 new cases in Cyprus – No deaths

No deaths and 62 new cases of COVID-19 disease were announced by the Ministry of Health on Saturday (19/6).

Also, 44 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, of which 21 are in serious condition.

Specifically, the Ministry of Health announces that today, June 19, 2021:

No deaths of patients with the ultimate cause of death, COVID-19, have been reported to date, leaving a total of 378 deaths.

44 COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, of which 21 are in serious condition.

A total of 41,226 disease detection tests have been performed with the molecular method (PCR) and the antigen rapid test method.

62 (positivity rate: 0.15%) new cases of COVID-19 were detected by molecular tests (PCR) and antigen rapid tests, bringing the total number of cases to 73,582.
