Coronavirus: The US advises its citizens not to travel to France

U.S. authorities have advised U.S. citizens not to travel to France due to an increase in Covid-19 cases in the country.

In a statement, the US State Department issued a “level 4” directive late yesterday, urging citizens not to “travel” to France, based on the warning of the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services recommends that every trip to France be “fully vaccinated before the trip.”
