The French government announced today that it will set up a mechanism so that foreign tourists outside the EU can obtain a health pass.
“As of August 9, our goal is for tourists on French soil to be able to receive a health pass in the same way (as they do) French residents living outside France,” Deputy Tourism Minister Jean-Baptiste Lemoine told.
As of Monday, the French government has set up a mechanism to allow French citizens living outside the European Union who have been vaccinated against covid-19 “with vaccines approved by the European Medicines Agency” to receive a special health pass.
