(Title) List of buildings rented by the State to house the services requested by senior officials, the deputy finance minister, Philip Sachinidis. The aim is that list in the hands of Mr Sahinidis until the end of September.
The buildings will become a kind of inventory will take control of rents paid. If the annual rent exceeds a specified percentage of the objective value of the building (the first reports say a cap of 20-30%), then the government will not request a reduction in rent, but would leave the building to find something cheaper.
recalled that in May, Finance Minister Giorgos Papakonstantinou asked to change all of the rent with the signing of new contracts to be provided rent reductions of 20% with effect from July 1.
The buildings rented by the State are hundreds, according to the budget this year will pay 186ek €.
