The Greek Ministry of Rural Development and Food has launched the electronic consultation platform ‘Dialos’ for the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) covering the 2028–2034 programming period. The platform is accessible at https://diavoulefsi-kap-2028-2034.agrotikianaptixi.gr/ and operates under the ESPA (European Structural and Investment Funds) ‘Dialos’ portal.
A Key Tool for National Dialogue
The platform serves as a central instrument for Greece’s National Dialogue on the next CAP, involving members of the Partnership Agreement—a formal stakeholder forum established by ministerial decision under Rural Development Minister Margaritis Schinas.
Through ‘Dialos’, partnership members can submit proposals and comments to help shape Greece’s national positions for the upcoming CAP cycle. The site also hosts the relevant legal framework, draft documents open for consultation, and supporting materials from Partnership Agreement and National Dialogue meetings.
Strengthening Participation and Evidence-Based Policy
According to the Ministry, launching this digital infrastructure supports a broader strategy to expand stakeholder involvement, draw on the expertise and experience of agricultural actors, and develop well-evidenced policy for the next CAP period.
Submissions received via the platform are expected to inform the drafting of Greece’s National and Regional Partnership Agreement Plans.
