FIRST CALL which has been selected by the National bank for the arrears. the employees have a very combative attitude towards the customer.
Personally, I have many times come in conflict with them, I have sent a mail and the national bank requesting to send my case to another collection company and, of course, the bank itself has refused. the last communication I had with the specific company mentioned that they had told someone your reader that I’m recording and I chat. it was like the line went dead.
I heard on a show that will be voted on a new county which will be limited in their calls in the space of ten days. finally we have a debt and we have a difficulty in paying off our debts that we have to look to be able to calm down by the companies?? I don’t like to owe money, nor is it my choice to not be able to pay off my obligations…
