CORVERSE The subject of the meeting refers to the previous merger notification concerning the acquisition by the company ‘MANETIAL LIMITED’, a subsidiary of the company ‘MOTOR OIL (ELLAS) CORINTH AUTHORITY, sole control over the ‘ELECTOR ANNOUNCEMENT OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL APPLICATIONS’. On 20 January the subject of the plenary session concerns the lifting or extension of the company’s commitments under the name ‘DELIVERY HERO SE’ (No 775/2022 Decision of the Competition Committee). Finally, on 31 January the plenary will deal with the spontaneous investigation into the markets for the production and supply of medicinal products, in particular for the treatment of ophthalmological diseases for the possible infringement of Article 2 of Law No.703/1977, Article 2 of Law No. 3959/2011 and Article 102 TFEU.
