deputy minister for Labour, Social Security and Social Solidarity Theano Fotiou and the General Secretary of Lifelong Learning and a New Generation of Pausanias Papageorgiou. As they said the ads will operate from 1 July and housed in the spaces of 250 municipalities with a population of over 10,000 residents and would be directed, mainly, on the vulnerable, economic and social groups of citizens, such as homeless, destitute, Disabled, Roma, immigrants, working as a structures complementary to the Social Services of their respective municipalities. In Centres of Community citizens will be able to inform each other about the welfare benefits, the welfare benefits and actions of solidarity, while for their function, as mrs Fotiou, will go to 1.400 recruitment through ASEP. During the interview, mr Photiou informed that the contract for the cooperation of two ministries (Work and ΠαιδείαςΠ, going beyond the strict framework of the responsibilities and actions of each one, highlights the central importance of the operation of the 250 Centres of Community in the Municipalities of the country, for the reception, service and interconnection of vulnerable citizens with all the programs and services of social protection that are implemented in the area of operation.
How it will work
Through a single γεωπληÏοφοÏÎ¹Î±ÎºÎ¿Ï system, the citizen can be entered directly in the register of beneficiaries, which will communicate with the other two registers, of player welfare and of programs.
The General Secretariat for Lifelong Learning and the New Generation proposed to the ministry to intervene with a triple role, as a beneficiary, as to the ministry and to the workers who will staff the Centres Community.
A detailed presentation was made the General Secretary of Lifelong Learning and the New Generation Pausanias-Andreas Papageorgiou. Mr Papageorgiou thanked mr Fotiou why, from the outset, embraced the proposal of the General Secretariat with the mood to overcome any problems that may arise during this process.
He stressed that the General Secretariat of Lifelong Learning is the entity who comes to assist the work of the ministry of labour, offering added value. For the first time in the new NSRF, it becomes an act and is validated with the issuance of the common ministerial DECISION for the operation of Centres for the Community the synergy between different operational programmes, creating new economies of scale, since it reduces the administrative cost of the project of K.D.B.M. while increasing the amount that will be allocated to the actions for the same.
Implemented the basic strategy of the government for the establishment of good practices for utilization of the NSRF.
The mutual assistance and support between ΚΔΒΜ and Centres of Community, reinforces the goal of creating a comprehensive point of information for citizens on actions concerning social integration, social services, Lifelong Learning, skills certification and access to employment. At the same time, the more synergy will contribute to a multiplier on the information and awareness of citizens about the actions of the Centres of Communityâ€
