Cleaning the beach of Glyfada

The Municipality of Glyfada continues the beautification and maintenance of the beach in the city… in the winter, so be ready in the summer to welcome the swimmers, but at the same time and for it to be decent for the winter swimmers. Daily, with a special machine available to the Municipality, removed all the waste, while gathered and removed the algae that have accumulated on the coast.
We will soon begin and more extensive interventions for the upgrading of the coastal front, in continuation of those made last year by the municipal authority.
The Mayor of Glyfada Georgios Papanikolaou, invited all those who make use of the beach, to make every effort and diligence in order to help you to stay clear of the coast.
Recall that the access to the five beaches of Glyfada is and will remain free to the public.
