Civics in action: Newest U.S. citizens take oath before elementary school students
Fifth-grader Scout Bohlender won an essay contest with her piece about what it means to be an American. She read the essay to 21 people from 16 countries who were sworn in as U.S. citizens at a ceremony held at Dunn IB World School Friday.
