In an effort to change its image and relationship with the public, the government is activating today a new e-platform for citizens to evaluate public services. This initiative aims to address chronic issues like bureaucracy, delays, and lack of transparency, providing citizens with better services. The platform includes significant state services such as e-EFKA and public transport, as well as local government services like cleanliness, street lighting, parking spaces, and childcare facilities. Citizens will be able to evaluate anonymously through periodic questionnaires, with data analyzed at multiple levels—by agency, service, region, municipality, and even postal code. Long-term, the goal is to build a large database identifying systemic weaknesses and successful practices within public services. Additionally, after in-person service at locations like KEPA offices, citizens may receive electronic feedback forms via mobile phone.
