Chocolate log with chestnut

Ingredients for 4-6 persons
1/2 cup of milk…
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
5-6 chestnuts candied or sweet chestnut for glazing
caster sugar, for sprinkling
1/2 pound dark chocolate
1 pound of chestnuts

Execution
With a sharp small knife, peel the chestnuts from the outer hard rind. Pour in a pot with enough water, put the chestnuts in a moderate temperature until tender for about 25 minutes.
