China Urges Washington to Stop Shifting Blame and Repeal Maritime Restrictions

The Chinese Ministry of Commerce opposes the announcement of measures targeting sectors such as shipbuilding, shipping, and logistics, including port fees for vessels linked to China. According to an official statement, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce has called on the U.S. to stop ‘shifting blame’ and correct its ‘wrong’ practices as soon as possible. “China will closely monitor related developments from the U.S. side and take decisive necessary measures to ensure its interests,” the statement added.
