China has ratified the agreement of the Paris COP21 climate change

China, the main pollutant of the planet, confirmed today the global climate agreement that was concluded on 12 December in…
Paris at the end of 21 to the UN Conference on climate change (COP21), transmitted to the state news agency New China, while the US is expected to follow within the day.
The upper legislative body of the communist regime voted for “the proposal to be ratified” this landmark treaty, which aims to limit the global warming below the critical threshold of 2, even 1.5 degree Celsius compared to the levels before the industrial era, stated the agency.
The Paris agreement, which was adopted in December, has been solemnly signed by 175 countries in April in New York, but each country must then ratify the text in accordance with its own procedures (vote) of parliament, a decree, etc.).
At least 55 countries, representing 55% of global emissions of gases that cause the greenhouse effect, responsible for the rise of the temperature on the planet, we need to ratify the agreement so that it can enter into force as provided for by 2020. At this stage, only 23 countries have completed the process: mainly small island states, which are the most exposed to the effects of the rise of temperature, but represent only a miniscule portion of the emissions.
Washington is going to follow Beijing: us president Barack Obama is about to go today to the Χανγκτζόου (east China) for a summit of the Group of Twenty (G20), the margin of which may be announced, together with his counterpart Xi Jinping, the ratification of the agreement of Paris, of which he was one of the main architects.
With the ratification by China and the USA, I spent a huge part of the road left: the two main economies of the planet are together responsible for more than 40% of global emissions of greenhouse gases.
China, which still produces 70% of its power from coal, produces about 24% of the world’s εκπόμπών of carbon dioxide.
