The checks carried out a mixed team of police officers of the Directorate of Financial Police, the Department of Financial Police of Northern Greece, the General Directorate of Customs and the Ministry of Rural Development, in the regions of Attica, Corinth and Thessalonica.
A total of audits were carried out in (4) businesses, which were found to be violated in (2) cases and more specifically:
In business in Corinth, it was found to be employed two (2) uninsured workers in violation of the insurance legislation. Also, after checking in enclosed storage by the auditors of the General Directorate of Customs, it was found a deficit of about 500 litres of tsipouro and samples were taken for further examination by the State Laboratory.
In operation in Thessaloniki, it was found to be employed (8) employees for whom there επεδείχθησαν the relevant tables entry staff-announcements of recruitment, in violation of the insurance legislation and received documents for further examination by the auditors of the General Directorate of Customs and the Ministry of Rural Development & Food.
In addition, in the other two (2) companies in Attica and Thessaloniki, respectively, were received supporting documents from the auditors of the General Directorate of Customs and the Ministry of Rural Development and Food, for further examination.
