Chaos on Kifisos After Truck Accident – Lane Closed to Lamia

The situation is chaotic at the moment with vehicle movement on Kifisos following an earlier accident involving a truck. The incident occurred at the intersection with Petrou Ralli, heading towards Piraeus, where the loaded vehicle tipped over to the left onto a streetlight pole. Due to the risk of the pole falling onto the road, the police have interrupted vehicle circulation heading towards Lamia, diverting traffic off the Kifisos highway exit towards Petrou Ralli street. Additionally, at the same spot, circulation has been interrupted in the left and middle lanes heading towards Piraeus. As a result, miles-long queues of stranded drivers have formed.
