No security at school at all, the doors open and he came in who he wanted. My son ate the scalpel knife in his face, he’s been stitched up, the kid was taken to the emergency room. He did not know these extracurriculars at all,” says the father of the 18-year-old student. According to what he argues, at the time of the attack there was a disturbance at school and as it was logical all students were frightened by the incident of the bloody attack. “My son was with his company and in this company a child knew one of those extracurriculars who entered. One of them bullying the kid from my son’s company and started a fuss. Then my son came between them and ate the knives,” the child’s father told newsit.gr about the incident of the bloody knife attack. The incident has upset parents and students because when something so serious happens in the field of a school community there are many dangers as the outcome of such incidents could result badly. The 18-year-old student after the bloody fight, was taken by ambulance of the EKAB to the hospital of Chania and was stitched there by doctors. He himself speaking on newssit.gr describes the moment they enter the school the people who caused the episode. “Suddenly a group of extracurriculars came into the open. They weren’t looking for me specifically. I didn’t know them either. They were all with me and my company. Apparently there was no guard at school. They didn’t say much but they only did what they did. Fortunately, thank God I am well, I took her out well. According to the father of the 18 – year – old, there was no guard in school, and that made it even easier for outsiders to enter the school. The event that occurred yesterday caused great concern to both parents and the rest of the school community. After a police investigation, the police handcuffed three minors, two 17-year-olds and a 16-year-old. Together with them two parents were arrested who are accused of neglecting juvenile supervision. Arrested persons are expected to be taken to the Prosecutor of Chania.
