A new strategic partnership of international significance has been launched between CEO Clubs Greece and AMA Europe—the American Management Association Europe—one of the world’s most respected leadership development organizations. This exclusive collaboration is delivered through The School of Leadership Practice, the educational arm of CEO Clubs Greece, which marks five years of successful operation and brings, for the first time in the Greek market, specialized leadership programs backed by AMA’s globally recognized certification.

Leading Growth and Strategic Change: A Two-Day Intensive Program

The first outcome of this alliance is the intensive two-day program Leading Growth and Strategic Change, scheduled for October 8–9, 2026, at The ClubHouse in Flisvos Marina, Athens. Designed around two core pillars of modern leadership—growth and change—the program addresses the dual mandate of today’s executives: driving sustainable expansion while navigating complex organizational transformation.

Day one, Leading Growth, focuses on diagnosing the intricate business landscape and crafting a flexible, forward-looking growth strategy. By the end of the session, participants will have defined concrete growth commitments tailored to their organizations.

Day two, Leading Change, centers on mobilizing people, practicing agile leadership, executing strategy with discipline, and designing robust succession plans to ensure long-term organizational resilience.

An Inclusive Approach to Executive Development

For the first time, The School of Leadership Practice opens participation not only to CEOs and entrepreneurs but also to senior members of their leadership teams. This inclusive design aims to align executive leadership holistically and accelerate the internal translation of shared vision across the organization.

Upon completion, each participant will receive AMA’s internationally accredited certification and leave with a personalized, ready-to-implement 90-Day Leadership Action Plan.

Expert Facilitation Grounded in Real-World Experience

The program will open with an introduction by Patrick Faniel, Managing Director EMEA at AMA Europe, drawing insights from his book What Leadership Is For. He argues that effective leaders distinguish themselves not by trying to do everything—but by achieving clarity on what truly matters.

The two-day experience will be led by Henry Dumortier, a senior faculty member at AMA Europe with over 30 years of global leadership experience at major corporations including GE, Goodyear, and Zep Inc. His facilitation emphasizes action over theory: using realistic simulations and practical tools, he helps participants convert real-world challenges into actionable solutions.

“Our partnership with the American Management Association represents another milestone in the continuous evolution of The School of Leadership Practice,” says Georgia Kartsani, Founder and President of CEO Clubs Greece. “This new program—Leading Growth and Strategic Change—is designed not just to inform, but to ignite measurable progress in how Greek leaders think, act, and deliver value.”
