Car Workshops Threaten Strike from July 1 to 4, 2025 Against Digital Customer Log

The union representing car repair shop owners has announced two protest rallies demanding the withdrawal of the Digital Customer Log on Friday, June 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM. The decision was made by the Administrative Council of the Unified Federation of Artisans and Car Repairers (ΟΒΕΑΜΜΕ). The protests will take place in Athens outside the Ministry of National Economy and Finance and are organized by bodies from various cities including Athens, Argos, Agrinio, Aegio, Kalamata, Nafplio, Patra, Tripoli, Chalkida, Lamia, Agrinio, Naupaktos, Thebes, and Levadia. In Thessaloniki, protests will occur outside the central offices of the Independent Public Revenue Authority (ΑΑΔΕ), organized by bodies from Thessaloniki, Arta, Volos, Ioannina, Elassona, Karditsa, Komotini, Kozani, Larissa, Serres, Trikala, and Philippada. If desired results are not achieved, a closure of workshops is planned from July 1 to 4, 2025, according to an announcement from ΟΒΕΑΜΜΕ.
