Car Plunges Into Canal in Pendeli: One Dead, Three Injured

A serious traffic accident occurred on Monday evening (June 23, 2025), when a car carrying four young individuals plunged into a canal. The vehicle, traveling on Dionysos Avenue in Pendeli, inexplicably veered off course and fell into the canal. Emergency services, including EKAB and the Fire Department, immediately responded to the scene. One person was pulled from the car deceased, while the other three passengers were injured—two critically. According to preliminary reports, the car carried two 20-year-olds and two 25-year-olds.
