Car accident in the Prespes: All festivities are cancelled in mourning

“Unfortunately, the last day of the year is black for Prespa” said Prespa Mayor George Stergios, in the wake of the accident in Lamos, which resulted in the killing of two young people, aged 17 and 18 years old and a 17-year-old man seriously injured, who fights for life in Papanikolaou hospital in Thessaloniki. CORVERSE “We lost two young children and one more struggling for his life and I wish through my heart to succeed and return home,” he noted, expressing his support to the parents of the two unfortunate young people. “Today when we had to exchange wishes, we should say goodbye to two boys. I want to express my sincere condolences to their parents and brothers, God give them strength,” says Mr. Stergiou and notes, addressing young and old people behind a wheel, that it does not take just a moment to change everything. “Let Stavros and Costas be the last to leave this way”. According to what has been known so far, the 16 – year – old’s funeral will be held tomorrow at noon (at 13.30), at I.N. Saint George, Platy Prespes.
