But it can be transmitted only from cat to cat, or we’re in danger what about us?
The answer is no. Although the symptoms resemble those of the human flu, don’t worry, you can’t get flu from your cat. If your cat is stuck with the flu will have to take care of properly.
What are the symptoms of the flu?
1. Ulceration of tongue, gums and eye
2. Sneezing
3. Fever
4. Βλεννοπυώδες runny nose
5. Loss of appetite
Young kittens are easier to stick to the flu since their immune system is still immature.
If your cat has not done the necessary vaccine, and stuck the flu, it’s purely a matter of the immune system to fight the virus.
The veterinarian may recommend the use of antibiotics. If you don’t take care of your cat the flu can develop into pneumonia.
