Businessman Beaten in Glyfada: Victim Shows Clear Signs of Assault

A well-known businessman reported that he became a victim on Monday afternoon (28/4/25) at a restaurant in Glyfada. According to his statement regarding the assault, he had arranged a meeting with a former colleague from Israel, with whom he had been adversaries for years due to financial disputes. The meeting was allegedly set to resolve their differences amicably. However, as soon as the businessman arrived at the meeting, his former associate invited him upstairs for more privacy. Upon ascending, the businessman encountered five men waiting for him. The visible marks on his face, evident in a photo published by Star, show the extent of the attack. The victim was taken to the hospital for initial treatment and was further examined by a forensic doctor on Tuesday morning (29/4/25). The police were notified, and the businessman filed an official complaint about the assault.
