Inflatable inner tube
Glue long lasting
Thick woolen yarn
Scissors
A pillow
How do I fix it
Make sure the tire is well inflated. If that’s not enough bloated fill in some air in order to make it more hard. Think of the tube over time it will lose a little air so you can overdo it.
Start to dress up the tube with thread. If you want it to be colorful you can put yarn in a different color. If you want it to be monochrome, pick a single color.
Before you put the thread put under enough glue long-lasting.
Put a small pillow to sit more comfortable and poof you are ready to relax.

Advice
It would be good to leave uncovered the little part where is the socket that you can connect the pump for pumping the inner tube.
