Budget deposited in Parliament – The flash drive and critical dates

It will be introduced in plenary on 11 December and will be put to the vote on 15 December, where it also has a vote of confidence for the Government. Minister of National Economy and Finance Kostis Hatzidakis testified on a flash drive, as established in recent years and said: “Today is a day of special importance for us, the Ministry of National Economy and Finance and I believe also for the Hellenic Parliament. It is a special honour for the Deputy Minister Thanos Petralias and I to present to the House the State Budget for the year 2025 and his explanatory report.” Parliament Speaker Constantine Tasoulas has determined that discussions in the Committee on Economic Affairs will take place on November 25, 26 and 27. The debate in plenary will begin on Wednesday, December 11th and will be concluded on Sunday, December 15th with its vote.
