Bomb Threat at Petrou Ralli Facility Turned Out to Be a Hoax

A state of unrest prevailed on Wednesday, April 2, 2025, as a threatening email was sent regarding the Petrou Ralli facility. The threatening email was sent at 3:54 AM to multiple recipients, claiming that three bombs with timed explosive mechanisms had been placed in vehicles in the parking garage of the Metagogy Directorate at Petrou Ralli. In the email, received by newsit.gr and signed by the so-called ‘Taxi Consciousness,’ it was stated that the bombs would detonate within two hours. This immediately caused panic, prompting strong police forces to rush to the location. A subsequent inspection resulted in no findings, confirming the threat as a hoax.
