(Title) Israel prevented the German Development Aid Minister, Dirk Nimpel, strain the liberal party FDP, to travel to the Gaza Strip during the recent visit to Israel according to the German Press Agency.
The German Development Aid Minister wanted to inspect one unit of water supply and drainage, which is funded by the German state.
Speaking to TV channel ZDF, the Dirk Nimpel expressed anger because the Israelis have not been allowed to visit the Palestinian territories. “I was hoping that the Israelis would send a clear political signal of transparency,” he said. “Sometimes the Israeli government does not encourage her friends to explain why it behaves this way,” he added.
