The possibility to be informed – if the candidate has left unpaid rents and bills to the previous tenant – will be acquired by the owners. According to a newspaper “Daily” the mechanism for providing the information will be the Register of Private Debts, in which each individual’s debts will be collected to individuals. This information will be accessible with the agreement of the potential counterparty, in the case of the prospective tenant. The reason why the government is promoting the creation of such a mechanism is that it will encourage more owners who are currently keeping their properties closed and unusable, because they fear the underpaid.
