Berlusconi dealt a blow in Italian local polls
ROME (Reuters) – Local elections have dealt a blow to Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, described as “surprised and saddened” after his centre-right bloc was forced into a run-off in its traditional stronghold of Milan.
