Due to scheduled asphalt resurfacing works on the Vary–Koropi entrance ramp to Attiki Odos (heading toward Eleusis), temporary traffic restrictions will be in effect starting tonight, Thursday, June 18, 2026.
Closure Schedule
The Vary–Koropi entrance ramp will be fully closed from 10:00 PM on Thursday, June 18, until 6:00 AM on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Alternative Route for Drivers
Motorists traveling from Vary or Koropi toward Eleusis are advised to follow this detour:
- Enter Attiki Odos heading toward Athens International Airport;
- Exit at Interchange K1 (signposted for “Local Roads”);
- Turn left (signposted for “Athens”);
- Re-enter Attiki Odos at Interchange K1 (signposted for “Athens”);
- Continue toward Eleusis and Athens.
Temporary signage has been installed along the route to guide drivers. New Attiki Odos has implemented all necessary safety and traffic management measures to ensure smooth flow and driver assistance during the works.
