The placement of a bust of the late Mikis Theodorakis in a central part of the capital and his name to be given to a street, are proposed in a resolution that will be proposed for approval at today’s extraordinary meeting of the Municipal Council of Athens, the mayor Costas Bakogianis.
Also, he and a delegation of the leading institution of the municipality attend the funeral of the great Greek composer, whose death has caused worldwide emotion.
