Athena Economou: ‘The Cease and Desist Does Not Apply’ On Camera About Philip Michalopoulos

Athena Economou and Philip Michalopoulos finalized their divorce in April 2024 after seven years of marriage. Recent reports claimed that the entrepreneur had issued a cease and desist letter to the actress for violating a term of their separation agreement. However, as the 38-year-old clarified, this is not true. In new statements, Athena Economou mentioned that she was disturbed when she read the related publications but chose not to comment on them. She emphasized that her relations with Philip Michalopoulos remain excellent.

‘The cease and desist does not apply. This has been happening for years now; I’ve been in this space long enough to know how it works. I understand the situation, so it no longer bothers me,’ Athena Economou responded to relevant questions.

‘I was upset when I saw the articles about the cease and desist, thinking you might know more than I do. I don’t engage in the process of making posts to refute things because then I would have to do it for everything. I didn’t like that the children were involved, but it happened,’ the actress added.

‘When you are confident in yourself, know where you’re going, and are happy, you don’t care what people who don’t even know you say,’ concluded Athena Economou.

Rumors suggest that the entrepreneur is now in a relationship with Cypriot presenter and radio producer Konstantina Eury pidou. Meanwhile, Athena Economou has moved on with Bruno Cherela.
