Arrest warrant from the International Criminal Court for Netanyahu and Hamas executive who are dead

Arrest warrants for the Prime Minister of Israel, and former Minister of Defence of Israel, Joav Galland, issued today (21.11.2024) the (ICC). Arrest warrants for Netanyahu and Galland were issued by the International Criminal Court on charges of committing war crimes concerning war operations in the Gaza Strip. The International Criminal Court also issued an arrest warrant for Hamas armed wing leader Mohammed Diab Ibrahim Al-Masri, the so-called Mohammed Defe. The Court states that Israel’s acceptance of the jurisdiction of the international court is not necessary. The International Criminal Court in The Hague has been held arrest wars for Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, former Israel defence minister Yoav Gallant and the former head of Hamas’ military wing Mohammed Deif (who is still dead) — Visegrád 24 (@visegrad24) “The Court issued arrest warrants against two individuals, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu and Mr Joav Galland, on crimes against humanity and war crimes committed from at least 8 October 2023 to at least 20 May 2024, the date on which the prosecution filed requests for the extradition of arrest warrants,” is stated in the International Criminal Court’s announcement. Separate announcement refers to issuing an arrest warrant against Mohammed Daif.
