During an interview on Friday evening (7/3/25) on the show ‘ ‘, Antinoos Albanis discussed his relationship with fame and how he manages public perception. Speaking about his rise to recognition, Albanis mentioned that it began with his first leading role in television during the series ‘Wild Children’ on MEGA. Despite this, he wasn’t fazed as he had already been working in theater for five years by 2008. ‘The stares on the street never stop,’ Albanis said. ‘If I lived my life constantly thinking about who is looking at me or what they’re saying, I’d never leave the house again. At some point, if you want to live like a normal person and not let these things bother you, you have to build a wall and say: I don’t see it, it doesn’t concern me.’ He added, ‘People might stare or comment, sometimes even forgetting that you’re a real person standing right in front of them. They comment as if you can’t hear them, treating you like a 2D image from TV rather than a 3D human being. This has happened to me many times.’
