Speaking on the show ‘Kalytera de ginetai,’ Bourakis explained that neither Petros Filipidis nor his wife shed tears in the courtroom. He mentioned being positioned close to them and witnessing their reactions firsthand. The witnesses who testified were part of Filipidis’s defense team, emphasizing his artistic career, including sold-out performances over several years and guaranteed success at Epidaurus. At one point, Filipidis covered his face and eyes, showing some emotion, but was quickly addressed by his lawyer who reassured him of public support. Bourakis reiterated that while there were emotional moments, the trial did not involve any outbursts or interruptions.
