And yet – The pizza helps…

you’ll hear this week: scientifically Proven that pizza can help you lose weight!
We are not talking of course for the daily diet. But according to the magazine men’s Health, a recent survey showed that after two weeks of dieting-or -even – a careful diet, the people are allowed a “day παρασπονδίας” or “daily sleaze” per week, are more likely to return in the diet and to continue for a longer period of time, thus losing weight.
The research does not refer only to pizza in the “day παρασπονδίας”, but for any food you feel like, even for donuts!
The doctor who drew up the survey, Rita Coelho do Vale, told the magazine: “The key is to plan and define a specific day to “break the rule”. And that’s because if you give in to a momentary urge to eat pizza or a donut may make you feel that you canceled your diet, so to give it up permanently”.
This of course does not mean that in the “daily sleaze,” you can eat unlimited amounts of pizza, why then, indeed, you will have destroyed the previous sacrifices. One or two pieces, however, is perfectly permissible.
