Following an operation to repair a torn ligament, Amalia shared details about her recovery process on Instagram, addressing the concerns of her online fans. The 27-year-old explained that the surgery was optional, stating, ‘You can live without it if you do physical therapy. Some cases require mandatory intervention, but I wasn’t one of them.’ In response to another query, she reassured her followers, saying, ‘People say it’s terrible, but honestly, it’s not. I feel a little pain, but otherwise, I’m perfectly fine without taking painkillers. I can bear weight and walk normally within 24 hours, though with a brace on my knee.’ She emphasized her decision to proceed with the surgery due to her active lifestyle, including skiing and surfing, and her unwillingness to stop at such a young age.
