Aloe vera:The strong card of Mother-Nature

Face mask for all skin types
You will need
• 1 tablespoon heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon beaten egg yolk
• 1 teaspoon aloe vera juice
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir until they become a homogenized cream. Put a thin layer of the mask on the face and neck, allow it to dry and then apply one-two coats still. Leave it for 20 minutes, remove with lukewarm water and then rinse with cold water.
Protective mask for dry and damaged hair
You will need
• 1 teaspoon aloe vera juice
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 teaspoon castor oil
Mix all the ingredients together and massage the head, massaging lightly the scalp. Leave it for 30-40 minutes before you wash your hair. After shampooing, rinse with chamomile tea, and then with water. By applying 1 to 2 times a week, your hair will regain their elasticity.
Gel for tired eyes
You will need
• 1/4 of a large cucumber
• 30 gr. aloe vera gel
Muddle the cucumber (about 55 g.) in a blender, put it in a glass bowl, add the aloe gel and stir. Transfer the mixture into a clean, sterile jar and whenever you want to get rid of bags under the eyes, apply the cream with cotton in the area. The rest of the store in refrigerator up to 5 days.
Scrub for the face
You will need
• 55 gr. aloe vera gel
• 1 teaspoon pureed almonds
• 1 teaspoon of glycerin
• 1/2 teaspoon vitamin E
• 4 drops of essential oil of sandalwood
• 2 drops lavender essential oil
This scrub deep cleanses and moisturizes the skin. To make, simply mix well all the ingredients together and store in a jar in the fridge. You use it by rubbing lightly with a small amount and with circular movements to the face (avoiding the area around the eyes) and then remove with a damp towel or tissue.
Refreshing gel for the legs
You will need
• 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
• 1/2 teaspoon peppermint essential oil
Mix the ingredients with a fork in a bowl and, whenever you feel your legs tired and heavy, spread a small quantity and massage until it is absorbed.
Body cream for dry skin
You will need
• 1 cup almond oil or olive oil
• 1 teaspoon vegetable lanolin
• 14 gr. grated beeswax
• 2/3 cup rose water
• 1/3 cup aloe vera gel
• 2 drops of essential rose oil (optional)
In a saucepan mix over low heat almond oil or olive oil with lanolin and beeswax until melted. Let the mixture cool. In another pot, boil the rose water with the gel, you add the first mixture into the second and beat in blender until it becomes cream. If you want, add the essential oil of rose. Keep in a jar for 1 month.
If you have an aloe plant at home, cut one of the leaves which are closer to the ground (they are more mature and have more components), open in the middle and collect the juice and gel in a container. Or, buy boxed juice or aloe gel from pharmacies with a homeopathic species or stores with health food products.
Spray for sunburn
You will need
• 20 drops lavender essential oil
• 20 drops of essential oil of tea tree
• 20 drops of chamomile essential oil
• 115 gr. aloe vera juice
Mix all the ingredients, put the mixture in a bottle with a sprayer and shake well. Spray in the spots that have been burned, as many times as you want.
