Announcement issued the Allou Fun Park with which it argues that the Decentralized Administration canceled the decision of the Municipality of St.John Reddi – to close the operation, judging the illegal. The Allou Fun Park amusement park in the announcement states that the Decentralized Administration calls on the municipality of Agios Ioannis Redi – Nikias to comply directly with the decision. CORVERSE The announcement is as follows: Having completed 50 days since the closure of Allou! Fun Park, the Decentralized Administration came to cancel the decision of the Municipality of St.John Reddi – Nice, judging the illegal, calling on the Municipal Authority to comply immediately! The Municipality of Agios Ioannis Renti – Nice had proceeded to seal Allou! Fun Park, arguing that the file lacked documentation while refusing to open the business when the additional information requested was provided and while the games were considered fully safe for use by the public. The reason for not reopening is based on the existence of unsettled urban buildings in the Allou area! Fun Park, owner of which is the Municipality and therefore responsible for settling them. CORVERSE In other words, the Municipality refused to grant permission to reopen a company with more than 250 employees for its own illegality – renting an unsettled town planning site – for which it does not arrange. The negativity of the closure of Allou! Fun Park by the Municipality took place during the holidays, i.e. the period of the highest traffic of the year and the most important source of revenue for the company, creating an irreversible financial damage. The decision of the Decentralised Administration leaves the Municipality and the Mayor fully exposed, certifying that both closure and non-licensing reopening is unfounded. The Municipality is now expected to give the green light immediately for the reopening of the site, which, according to the decision, has left unnecessarily closed. In addition to the Decentralized Administration, the Municipality was also found, which certified that on 14/12 there was a power outage in Allou! Fun Park and not harm, as the Municipality argued to justify not allowing its reopening.
