All new models coming in 2025

In one that moved marginally higher in sales in 2024, against 2023, the import companies and their subsidiaries are preparing the year we are already going to launch a few brand new models and some fresh versions of existing ones. Dynamic entry wants to make in Greece, Chinese Geely, Omoda / Jaecoo and Dongfeng, with competition being particularly tough. CORVERSE Hybrid but also electric and some plug-in hybrid models will concern us this year, so stay in touch because we have a lot to write about from testing in Greece and abroad. ABARTH ADVERSION Since spring orders for the pure electric Abarth 600e that will be available in Turismo versions of 240 horsepower and “Scorpionissima” with 280 horsepower (will be produced in 1,949 units). Both versions have explosive performance and three driving profiles. Junior ALFA ROMEO The hybrid four-wheeled Junior Q4 with the 136 HPs comes to complete the pure electric version of Elettrica that yields 156 hp, the powerful electric Veloce of 280 horsepower and the hybrid Ibrida of 136 horsepower. BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe BMW More digitised, with new BMW iDrive with QuickSelect, a multitude of drive systems, improved suspension and innovative automated driving and parking systems, the new BMW Series 2 Coupe will launch from March 2025, with a renewed range of 4 cylinder petrol and oil engines, some of which with mild hybrid technology. Moreover, within the first quarter, the renewed BMW iX will be launched and at the end of the year we expect the impressive, purely electric Neue Klaasse X. C3 CITROEN Five overall models are expected within the year by Citroen. Within January the purely electric e-C3 with 113 horsepower, which will frame the newly launched new C3 in SUV bodywork, now. In February the brand new Citroen C4/C4Xs are expected, with many versions of driving systems that we will drive them late January to Barcelona, while in March the new C3 Aircross, fully redesigned, will be offered with petrol, hybrid and electric engines. In April we expect the new C3 Hybrid with 100 horsepower and in October the completely new C5 Aircross, the big SUV with a plethora of publications. Bigster DACIA From the first letters of his name we understand how large Bigster will be, which has relatives with the smaller Duster, but more spaces. It will be available in the second half of 2025 as a mild hybrid, as a self-charged hybrid and in a dual-fuel petrol/gas version, as Dacia gives change to such financial versions. MERO 1 DONGFENG 2025 will be an important year for SPANOS, since it will launch the Dongfeng brand on the Greek market, with exclusive electric models. In January we expect the luxury brand VOYAH, with the Free (SUV) and Dream (MPV) models, while by spring it will also launch the Course, an SUV a little smaller than Free. In January the mood of the leading MERO 1, an electric SUV with a power of 1,088 horsepower and incredible possibilities will also begin. By Spring it will have come to Greece and the company’s most affordable model, Dongfeng BOX, a capable electric supermini with a separate design. DS No8 DS AUTOMOBILES In June the luxury electric flagship DS No8 is expected to be available in an E-TENSE Long Range version with 280 horsepower and 750 km autonomy. It will also be offered in a Dual Motor version, with two electric motors of total power 380 horsepower, and a large Long Range battery for autonomy up to 680 km. In the last quarter of the year the new DS 4 and the new DS are expected 4 E-TENSE with 215 horsepower. Grande Panda FIAT With an Italian design and heavy name, Grande Panda will be a small SUV with a length of 3.99 m and seats for 5 persons. In April orders for hybrid and electric versions will open. Galaxy EX5 GEELY Another Chinese brand, even top, comes to Greece. Geely will be represented by GEO Mobility Hellas S.A., a subsidiary of Union Group, a multinational company with an extensive presence in the automotive, retail, energy and Real Estate sectors. The first model to be launched is Geely Galaxy EX5, an advanced electric small and medium-sized SUV with 215 horsepower, and 425 km autonomy with one charge. Avenger 4xe JEEP Within January orders for the hybrid Avenger 4xe of 136 horses begin. It will be four-wheeled, as the 1.2lt petrol engine frames an electric motor mounted on the rear axle. EV3 KIA EV3 is a compact electric SUV coming within January. It will also be offered in a more sporty version EV3 GT-line. With a 25-litre luggage space in front and a 460-litre trunk back, and sustainable elements. It is 4.3m long, and will be available in Standard version with a battery of 58.3 kWh, and Long Range with a battery of 81.4 kWh. Both have a 150 kW/ 283 hp electric motor. C10 REEV LEAPMOTOR At the end of spring, orders for the C10 REEV (Range Extender Electric Vehicle) will start, which is electric and thus basically moves with a power of 215 horsepower, but also carries a 1.5 lt petrol engine that operates as a generator and refreshes the battery so that it can cover more than 950 km, of the 145 km battery gives when moving purely electrically. Lynk Co 02 LYNK & CO The second quarter of the year will come the freshened, plug-in hybrid version of Lynk & Co 01, as will Lynk & Co 08 which will also be plug-in hybrid with electric autonomy up to 245 km, thanks to the large battery it will feature. The first quarter will also launch the electric Lynk & Co 02 with a high capacity lithium ion battery of 66kWh NMC, which gives autonomy up to 445 km and delivers 272 horsepower, having 4 driving profiles. Cyberster MG With a real roadster on foot in the new year MG as Cyber, with an electrically opened roof, comes in January to offer strong thrills. With two powerful engines, one for each axle, and 510 horsepower with 724 Nm torque, it accelerates to 3.2 seconds and is the strongest MG of all time. The month we go through we wait for the plug-in hybrid version of HS and the second quarter of the year HS Hybrid+, as well as the electric MG S5 in small and medium-sized SUVs. In the last quarter we also expect an electric model in the supermini category that may be called MG2. MINI Cabrio MINI The first quarter of the year is expected the new MINI Cabrio, with folding, soft roof (opens in 18 seconds) and modern technology. It will be available in two versions with 2.0 lt engine performance 163 horses in the version C and 204 horses in version S. At the same time, in the second quarter awaiting the new MINI John Cooper Works in a 3-door body and MINI Aceman JCW. E5 OMODA / JAECOO On the Omoda side | Jaecoo, Omoda 5, Omoda E5 and Jaecoo 7 are expected in the spring of 2025. Omoda Omoda 5 will be available with a thermal engine, Jaecoo 7 in thermal and plug-in hybrid versions, while Omoda E5 is purely electric. Frontera OPEL Opel Grandland is expected in January 2025, initially as an electric and hybrid and the other versions will gradually come within the next months. The new Opel Grandland is the first Opel to adopt the STLA Medium platform, intended exclusively for BEV electric vehicles, and offers landmark technologies such as new Intelli- Lux HD with over 50,000 LED elements, smart features and sustainable solutions. Grandland shines with the new 3D Vizor and Opel Blitz, which is first lit. The back is dominated by the constantly illuminated Opel signal. Over the next few months, the new Grandland Electric will allow a range of up to 700 km, thanks to the 97 kWh battery, and will also be available as Plug-in Hybrid, with electric four-wheel drive. The new Opel Frontera comes in April with a length of 4.38m.. It is an SUV that offers space for up to seven people, with 460 liters of luggage volume, and carries many smart features such as Smartphone Station. Frontera’s range of driving sets also includes a fully electric version “Long Range” with autonomy of up to 400 km. In February we also wait for the freshed Mokka, in petrol, hybrid and electric versions. E408 PEUGEOT Although the news Peugeot was expected towards the end of 2024, we will also see early in 2025. Now in January it is expected to release the 5008 electric version and in March two more electric proposals, the E-3008 Dual Motor (4X4) with 320hp and two electric motors and the E-3008 Long Range, with a large battery that will give autonomy up to 700 km. Also in March, corresponding versions are expected for the E-5008 Dual Motor (4X4) with 320 horsepower and the E-5008 Long Range with 680 km autonomy. The electric E-408 also comes in May, to supplement hybrid version HYBRID 136 e-DCS6, and the PLUG-IN HYBRID 225 e-EAT8 version. The pure electric Peugeot E-408, with a power of 210 hp will have autonomy up to 453 km. The last quarter of the year will come the new 300 and the new, electric E-308, Renault 5 E-Tech electronic RENAULT It was only officially presented to the press, the new Renault 5 E-Tech Electric, which revives legendary Renault 5, but with modern design and technology elements. With wheels mounted on the edges of the body, it is 3.92 m long and a long wheelbase for a spacious cabin. It has 150 horsepower with 245 Nm torque and gives autonomy, as pure electric, 410 km. During the same period, Renault Symbioz, a hybrid SUV with a 145 horsepower engine that can travel up to 1,000 km, will be launched. In the first semester we also wait for Renault Rafale, a coupe SUV that will be offered in a hybrid version with 200 horsepower (1,100 km of autonomy) and a plug-in hybrid 4X4 with 300 horsepower. Finally, in the second half of 2025 we also expect pure electric Renault 4, which also revives a legendary car with a modern pattern, 150 horsepower and up to 400 km of autonomy. smart #5 SMART Smart #5 is expected to come to our country in the second quarter of 2025. It is the third model of the new smart era, after smart #1 and #3, and the largest. An SUV with 4.7m length and 2.9m wheelbase that gives huge spaces to the cabin, impresses with the huge battery of 100 kWh which gives autonomy up to 700 km Forester SUBARU Within January the new Subaru Forester will be in Greece in its 6th generation, renewed aesthetically, with a new electric steering wheel, and improved frame, with 5 security stars. With very rich equipment it carries a 2.0i e-BOXER engine, a power of 136 horsepower, combined with mild hybrid technology and a box of constantly changing CVT relationships. All versions are with a permanent four-wheel drive system. eVITARA SUZUKI The purely electric version of Vitara, with the feature e in front, comes dynamically to be the first electric one in the brand range. It is 4.275m long, long wheelbase 2.7m. and is based on a new platform. The eVITARA is supplied with an electric four-movement system “ALLGRIP-e” with two independent eAxles, front and rear (move or four-move). EX90 VOLVO Since mid-January we have been waiting for the plug-in hybrid version of XC90. It will be a 7-seat, with an electric range of 69 km and a power of 455 horsepower. You will be able to drive it with a pedal (one pedal drive) in the electric Pure program for easier driving in the city or choose the four-wheel drive (AWD) for increased stability and adhesion in all road conditions. At the end of February, pure electric X90 is expected, which is, according to the Swedish brand, the safest Volvo of all time. An example that can detect pedestrians or other obstacles up to 250 meters ahead. Huge, with a length of just over 5 m, 7 seat and four-wheeled, with two 408 horsepower motors and the most powerful version of 517 horsepower, it can travel up to 612 km with one charge.
