AKTOR Group and ONYX TOURISTIKI have signed a cooperation memorandum to jointly develop a major tourism complex in Sani, Halkidiki. The project — titled ‘Agritourism Village with Integrated Tourist Accommodation in Sani, Halkidiki’ — represents one of the largest development initiatives planned for Northern Greece in the coming years, with an initial budget of €400 million.
Project Scope
The development will be built on privately owned land and includes a five-star hotel, tourist residences, shared facilities, infrastructure works, landscape design, and all related installations.
AKTOR’s Role
AKTOR Group will provide technical support during the pre-construction phase (Early Contractor Involvement – ECI), including review of design studies for completeness and constructability, value-optimization proposals, and development of the overall implementation schedule and strategy. Following this preparatory phase, AKTOR will assume responsibility for executing all main construction works through to completion and operational handover.
