A 43-year-old man from Poland has been identified as the victim of a brutal murder that occurred in Agia Paraskevi on Saturday afternoon (5.7.25). According to reports, the main suspect in the case is the ex-husband of the victim’s partner.
The victim, who was reportedly a professor and father of two children, had no prior criminal record with Greek authorities. Shockingly, he was found without any form of identification on him. His mobile phone, discovered near his body, was reset to factory settings and displayed an English-language menu.
Keys found in his pocket appear to have led to his identification. The perpetrator, described as wearing all black clothing with full facial coverage, tall and athletic, fled the crime scene on foot after shooting the victim. It remains unclear whether he had a vehicle nearby or if someone was waiting to pick him up.
Authorities are currently conducting an intensive investigation to locate and arrest the suspect.
