According to Georgiadis’s social media post, NGO representatives entered a surgical clinic at Chios General Hospital uninvited—despite an explicit prior refusal of any ‘assistance’—and falsely claimed coordination with hospital management. Instead of acting as interpreters, they allegedly coached the migrant family to construct narratives for asylum applications or complaints against the Coast Guard, including allegations of pushbacks. The incident was reported by the hospital’s director and immediately escalated to Greece’s National Intelligence Service (EYP). Those involved were swiftly removed from the premises. Georgiadis emphasized that public hospitals operate under strict rules, affirming that healthcare must remain free from ideological or political exploitation—and that the state will not tolerate shadowy interventions threatening national sovereignty and border integrity.
