The State of the Chinese Economy: Implications for China and the World This major USC US-China Institute conference examines the health and future of the Chinese economy and assesses China’s economic ties with the US and others. *** Daniel Lynch International Relations, University of Southern California Prof. Lynch teaches international relations and is a member of USC’s US-China Institute Executive Committee. He is the author of Rising China and Asian Democratization: Socialization to “Global Culture” in the Political Transformations of Thailand, China, and Taiwan and After the Propaganda State: Media, Politics, and “Thought Work” in Reformed China.
