Acharnes: 46-Year-Old Arrested for Carrying a Knife on the Suburban Train

During a routine check, police arrested a 46-year-old man who was carrying a knife inside a Suburban train carriage. The incident occurred at midday on Monday (02.06.2025) at a station in Acharnes when officers received a call about a man carrying a knife in the area. The police located the 46-year-old as he disembarked from the train and subsequently seized a knife measuring 15 centimeters in total length. Legal documentation was prepared against the accused by the 1st Police Department of Acharnes, and he is being led today to the competent prosecutor.
