The new ENFIA cleanup for 2025 has been completed for properties affected by natural disasters, according to an announcement made on April 14, 2025, by AADE. Specifically, AADE proceeded with the posting of new ENFIA assessment notices for 2025, targeting properties that suffered damages from natural disasters or are located within areas defined in paragraph 7A of article 3 of law 4223/2013, based on tax relief measures legislatively provided after the main ENFIA cleanup of 2025. This process involves 49,200 taxpayers and results in a total tax reduction amounting to €6,035,000. The recertification and exemptions apply to properties within specific communities like Anargyros in the Municipality of Amyntaio, Florina Regional Unit, which have been declared under compulsory expropriation or are inactive urban areas per Decree (D’ 1075) from December 5, 2002. Additionally, it covers areas affected by fires starting July 27, 2021, earthquakes on July 24, 2021, and September 27, 2021 in Crete, and the earthquake on March 3, 2021, across several regional units.
