An agreement has been signed for the creation of the new Taxpayer Service Center (TSC), according to an announcement by AADE, aimed at enhancing service delivery to businesses and citizens. The project, with a budget of €26,860,800, is funded by the Recovery and Resilience Fund ‘Greece 2.0’ and represents another significant step in AADE’s digital transformation. Utilizing advanced technological infrastructure, the new TSC focuses on taxpayer needs and offers: Unified Multi-Channel Service System (Omni Channel): A modern Contact Center that effectively manages all citizen requests, regardless of the communication channel chosen—telephone, digital, or in-person. Digital Assistant and Process Automation: Leveraging artificial intelligence technologies and automating critical operational functions to provide immediate, fast, and personalized service. The new TSC is being implemented by the Consortium of Companies ‘CHOOSE – COSMOTE E-VALUE – EY’ and is expected to go live within the next quarter. During the signing of the agreement, AADE Administrator Giorgos Pitsilis emphasized: ‘We are ushering in a new era of interactivity and immediacy in serving citizens and businesses. We are investing in modern technological tools to offer direct, friendly, and personalized communication. We reaffirm our steadfast commitment to continuously upgrading our services, always with the taxpayer at the center.’
