A solution has been found for the συνυπηρέτηση spouses in the Public – setting the n/p mobility

Solution to the major problem faced by couples of state employees, who work in services in different parts of the country, gives the ministry of Interior and Administrative Reconstruction, with a provision in the bill for mobility.
With the επίκείμενη setting favored the prospect of συνυπηρέτησης couples of civil servants, as well as given the possibility of secondment for two years, with the possibility of extension up to two additional years, to positions that have been requested by the operators to cover secondment following an opinion of the Central Committee of Mobility.
The decision for a public service is obtained from the relevant ministers or, in order for secondment between local authorities, with the adoption of a decision by the relevant appointing bodies. Special provisions relating to συνυπηρέτησης, such as the συνυπηρέτηση with uniformed husband, remain in force.
Priority will permit postings to prefectures outside Attica, namely in the direction from the capital to the periphery.
Specifically, in the draft law for the mobility article 11 provides as follows:
1.Allowed, upon request, the posting for συνυπηρέτηση with a spouse or a commensal within the meaning of article 1 of law. 4356/2015 (government GAZETTE A 181) a public employee who serves in a service of another county, as a priority, outside the prefecture of Attica. Applications shall be submitted to the Central Committee on Mobility, which shall deliver an opinion on the allocation of the requested employees in the respective positions of the formal and substantial qualifications, taking into account the operational needs of operators per area. These service requirements are derived from requests received from the entities in the framework of the EIP. The posting concludes with the adoption of a decision of the relevant Ministers or, in order for secondment between local authorities, with the adoption of a decision by the relevant appointing bodies.
2. The duration of the secondment may not exceed two (2) years, after completion of which required the review by the Central Office for Mobility of the request of the employee for extension of the secondment of up to two (2) years, taking into account the service needs.
3. Special provisions relating to συνυπηρέτησης maintained in force.
