The brother of the shooter, who accompanied him during the mayhem, was arrested earlier, according to the prosecutor.
The man had been left temporarily free on the 1st of January to agree to cooperate in the investigation, after the payment of a guarantee of two billion saudi (47.52 the euro). Such events are extremely rare in Iran.
