A great deal of attention: What changes for the “plastic money” from the 1st of July?

Twists hiding the bill, which is preparing to testify…
the next few weeks the ministry of Finance to the “plastic money”.
From 1 July implementing the government’s plan for the proof by means of plastic money, with which I “built” the tax-free threshold. All the changes will be included in the bill that will be tabled in the coming days in the House, to which will be added and provisions for businesses. In particular, the transactions between the undertakings will be made by way of electronic means, for amounts over 50 euro, while consumers will pay a mandatory card for amounts over 500 euros (1,500 euros which is today).
In accordance with the plan of the government:
– Employees, pensioners, and farmers need to collect evidence for the “building up” of the taxfree threshold.
– From 1 July 2016, the irs will accept only those receipts derived from transactions electronically (using a debit or credit card, e-banking).
– Depending on the amount of income, the irs will ask for specific amount of evidence. So I requested evidence that will amount to 10% of their income. For annual income of € 15,000 evidence must be provided equal to 15% of the income.
– By a decision of the minister of Finance will set out the incentives to the taxpayers, with the aim to extend the use of the plastic money. The incentives will be determined on an annual basis by the minister of Finance and will provide sweepstakes, gift.
– Transactions between the business transactions will be made by the 1st July with a debit, credit or e-banking for amounts over 50 euro.
– From 1 July all new businesses will open, you must have motorbikes in the POS.
